MDR Fusing is committed to deliver its services, as soon as possible and in time to its customers.

Piece Fusing:

MDR Fusing is a capable of fusing many different shapes pieces which are needed to be fused. (Facings, Fronts, Lapels, Top & Under collar, Waistbands, Sleeves, Backs, Sleeve Heads, Pocket Flaps etc.)

Block Fusing & Slopping:

MDR Fusing is capable of fusing blocks of a maximum width of 60” wide. After the blocks are fused they are cut by our automated Gerber Cutter.

Roll Fusing:

MDR Fusing can fuse complete rolls with a maximum width of 60".

Slitting:

MDR Fusing can slit rolls of interlinings of different widths for waist bands.

  

MDR Fusing offers various different tests to their customers. We recommend that when a fabric is introduced, trials should be done to establish optimum fusing conditions and after care.

Bonding Test:

We verify the bonding strength between the fabric and the fusible interlining.

Shrinkage Test:

We monitor the level of shrinkage of your fabric before and after the bonding process.

Dry Cleaning:

We dry-clean your fabric after fused.

Weighing of Fabrics:

Weighing of Fabrics : We are equiped with cutting edge technology capable of measuring fabrics in grams per square metre or ounces per sqaure yard.
